The basics
What does Ñusiqa do?
We're an operations consulting firm in Perth, working in person across Australia. We build the systems, technology, and team structure your business runs on, so it holds together on its own, instead of on the few people and workarounds holding it up.
What is operations consulting?
It covers the systems, processes, and team structure a business runs on day to day, rather than its marketing or finance. The goal is an operation that holds together on its own structure.
Who is Ñusiqa for?
Businesses whose growth has outpaced their structure, where knowledge lives in people's heads and the operation leans on a few individuals. We also work with investors and acquirers who need a clear read on how a business really produces its results.
Where does Ñusiqa work?
We're based in Perth and work in person, Australia-wide.
What industries does Ñusiqa work in?
Mostly the building industry and product-based businesses, including those that both sell and service what they stock. The fit is the shape of your operation, not the industry.
How it works
How is this different from a traditional consultant?
We work from inside the business as a working operator, not from an advisory seat. The build is the work, done with your team, so the structure stays when we leave. You don't get a report to implement later.
Who actually does the work?
We do, in person. It's never passed to a junior, and we only run a few engagements at once so each gets full attention.
How long does an engagement take?
Usually four to six weeks, depending on how complex your systems, people, and dependencies are.
What do I walk away with?
An operation that runs on its structure, not on you. The systems, the processes, and the know-how to run them stay with your team, who are already running it by the time we finish.
How much of my time will it take?
Less than you'd think. We work from inside the business and find most answers ourselves, so we're not leaning on you constantly. We just ask for some dedicated time at set points to review and agree the direction.
Fit and cost
Is my business too small?
No. We work with small and mid-sized operations. What matters is whether your growth has outpaced your structure, not your headcount.
What does it cost?
Our rates scale with the scope, so the best we can offer upfront is a rough guide rather than a fixed price list. A short engagement, to read the operation and point you in the right direction, starts at $220 an hour plus GST. A full diagnostic, with a written report, is a fixed fee from $4,500 plus GST. Longer engagements run at a reduced rate, pro rata, in progressive stages. Where it lands really depends on the business, so it's worth a conversation first.
Do you travel interstate?
Yes, often. We're based in Perth but work in person Australia-wide, so interstate travel is a regular part of how we work. Travel and accommodation are charged to the client at cost, agreed and settled before any trip, never marked up. Where the timing allows, we try to bundle trips so the cost is shared across a few clients rather than each carrying it alone, and we have travel arrangers who handle the logistics.
Investors and acquirers
Do you work with investors or acquirers?
Yes. We work with private equity firms, family offices, search funds, and strategic acquirers. We give you confidential, independent operational due diligence on a target, before or after completion, covering how it actually produces its results, where its weak points are, including any key-person risk, what it would take to run to plan, and more. You get a written report under NDA, and we can carry through to the post-deal build if you acquire it.
AI and systems
What is the "AI architecture and workflow orchestration" part?
We work out where AI actually fits in your operation and build the workflows around it. The repetitive, data-heavy work that eats your team's time runs through systems built for it, with AI connected to your own data so it works from what your business actually knows. In practice that's a thinking partner to work a problem through, help with customer questions, or keeping a project consistent when you step away and come back weeks later. We put it where it carries real load, not for its own sake.
How does the software side work?
We try to connect the systems your team already uses first, so information moves between them instead of being re-entered, so you end up on one aligned stack instead of a patchwork. Software selection varies case by case, it's about what is best for the business and a high adoption rate.
